This smooth Phattie setup features a 12″x8″ rack tom, 15″x13″ and 16″x14″ floor toms, a thumping 22″x20″ bass, and matching 14″x5.5″ snare. The finish is White Pearl with two thin Black Pearl stripes inlaid nice and flush, and right under the resonant-side lugs. Custom touches include the Dunnett R4 strainer, old school Ludwig mufflers in the toms and snare, black lacquer bass hoops with old school inlays, and the Phattie Racing-Stripe bass logo in black sparkle. This unique cocktail kit features a modern vibe with it’s offset-woofer construction of the main drum and larger tom/snare sizes, but a classic White Marine Pearl finish and Radio King style lugs to keep the vintage vibe going. The main cocktail drum consists of an 18″x16″ main bass and 18″x8″ floor tom/woofer suspended above it. The snare is a 12″x6″ with more room for brush work over our smaller sizes, and the 12″x7″ tom offers a deeper tone more inline with the 18″ drum. This classy setup features a 12″x8″ rack tom, 14″x12″ floor tom, and 22″x20″ bass. The drums feature maple bearing edges top and bottom, with 1/4″ acrylic through the centers. Perfect blend of warmth from the maple and punch from the acrylic centers, for a set that captures the best of both worlds.
