This Phattie snare features a Pre-Aged Marine Pearl finish, a beautiful finish that looks just a little creamier than White Marine Pearl, for a classy appearance. The 10-Ply maple shell combined with the deep 13″x7″ size sounds incredible when tuned up into the higher ranges. Very tight & articulate sound, but with plenty of body and oomph. This unique set of Phattie drums features a puzzle finish made from sparkle drum wrap. The sizes on this kit are 10″x6″, 12″x7″, 16″x14″, 24″x20″, and a matching 13″x7″ snare. This is an exclusive finish to Phattie, and we’ve got another kit in the works right now that features different colors and is built from Glass Glitter, not sparkle, which has a different look to it with a lot more pop. Check back for photos of that kit in a couple of weeks. In the mean time, here’s a few good shots of our unique puzzle finish made from a sparkle base:

This unique Phattie setup featured a heavy duty Flat Black wrap with Black Nickel hardware. The sizes include 8″x7″, 10″x8″, 13″x12″ and 15″x13″ toms, with a 22″x18″ bass. This allows for a tight two-up two-down setup while keeping everything nice and close. The Flat Black wrap with glossy black nickel hardware looks killer, check it out:

This is a one-off custom snare recently wrapped up for Chris Thompson with the Eli Young Band. He’s been touring with a Phattie 14″x6.5″ Black Brass snare for the last year, and was ready for something with a little more bite to it. This drum fit the bill perfectly! The shell is 14″x5″ and 1/16″ thick with rounded bearing edges. It’s tricked out with a Dunnett R2 Throw-off that features a quick release feature for quick head changes without having to take off the snare wires. Ten solid-brass tube lugs and the heavy die-cast hoops give this drum a bite that the deeper and thinner 14″x6.5″ just didn’t have. Along with the kit posted yesterday, here is another beautiful drum in the Burnt Sienna Satin Lacquer Burst with matching yamaha-style wood hoops. 13″x6″ 10-Ply shell, Dunnett R-Class strainer, and solid brass tube lugs combine for a sweet little snare. The yamaha-style wood hoops color matched to the drum gives it a smooth, vintage-like appearance, check it out:
