This Phattie snare features a Pre-Aged Marine Pearl finish, a beautiful finish that looks just a little creamier than White Marine Pearl, for a classy appearance. The 10-Ply maple shell combined with the deep 13″x7″ size sounds incredible when tuned up into the higher ranges. Very tight & articulate sound, but with plenty of body and oomph. A Trick strainer completes the package, as part of our push to use American made components whenever possible. Check it out:

This Friday Flashback features a beautiful rock setup in a Rootbeer Sparkle Lacquer finish. Dating from sometime in early 2006, this kit features a 13″x9″, 16″x16″, 18″x16″, 26″x18″ and a matching 14″x8″ snare. The finish is an automotive lacquer featuring House of Kolor Kandy over a base made from heavy silver flakes, and is absolutely stunning under the lights. The Kandy Blue powder coating on this 12″x7″ Phattie Snare really stands out against the Silver Glass Glitter wrap. Not too bright, just a subtle touch of color that looks great. 10-Ply Maple Shell, Dunnett R-Class strainer, and custom ordered Evans heads. Did you know on any Phattie drum order you can specify your choice of Remo, Evans, or Aquarian heads? No additional cost, just let us know your favorite head and your drums arrive tuned up and ready to go. Just another advantage of going with a hand-crafted, individualized drum the next time you’re in the market. (-;
