This custom Phattie kit was built in old school Bonham sizes for that huge rock sound, and features a beautiful True Gold glass glitter wrap with Radio King style hardware. The rack tom is a 14″x10″ and the floor toms are 16″x16″ and 18″x16″. The bass drum is a beefy 26″x14″, and is complimented by the deep 14″x8″ snare. A seriously classy looking kit, check it out:
Our good friend Chris Thompson of the Eli Young Band played the Houston Rodeo last month to a giant crowd on a rotating stage with a crazy light show while playing his Phatties. That one run-on sentence sums it all up, so lets get right to the photos and video:

Jon from Cutting Through Clouds picked up his new set of Phatties over the weekend. This is a Custom Shop kit featuring a 13″x9″ rack, 16″x14″ floor, and massive 24″x20″ bass. The finish is Pre-Aged White Pearl with mahogany finished hoops featuring a matching inlay. This kit was built for Patrick Haynes while he was touring with Straight Line Stitch. This Phattie kit features 10″x6.5″, 12″x7″, and 16″x14″ hanging toms, a 22″x20″ bass and a 14″x5.5″ snare. The custom powder coated hardware was matched to the high-gloss white finish, and the blue RKH logos add a nice splash of color.
