Finished in White Pearl, this nesting cocktail kit features a vintage style shield logo on the front of the drum that adds a great touch of class. The 10″x8″ rack tom, pedal, and hardware fit inside the main 16″x24″ nesting cocktail drum. The special order 13″x6″ snare resides in it’s own case, for an easy one-trip load in. This unique setup takes the nesting option and pushes it one step further than we’ve gone before. A dual latch system on the cocktail drum allows it to be used as a 16″x24″ upright cocktail drum or as a 16″x14″ bop bass drum. The addition of a 13″ floor tom compliments the standard 10″x8″ rack tom perfectly, for a great bop or cocktail combo. A wide variety of ratcheting clamps, l-rods, and cymbal arms make the setup possibilities as wild as your imagination. Today’s Nesting Cocktail Kit features some touches from the Custom Shop that turn it into a real head turner. Sizes include the standard 10″x6″ snare, 10″x8″ rack tom, and 16″x24″ cocktail drum. Custom touches include a beautiful Burnt Sienna satin lacquer with a light fade that continues onto the yamaha-style wood hoops. The nearly seamless nesting feature blends right into the finish, and tube lugs replace the usual Radio King style lugs for a modern vibe. Check out the last photo for the contour cut spacers used on the floor tom leg brackets, airbrushed to match the fade on the shell. It’s all about the details, and this setup pulls them together into a beautiful package that fits into one bag.

This classy Deluxe Cocktail Kit features a beautiful Burnt Toast satin lacquer fade. Created entirely with our environmentally friendly water-based lacquers the satin sheen and pronounced grain make this one beautiful setup. Features include the standard 10″x6″ snare, 10″x8″ tom, and 16″x24″ cocktail drum featuring our fully interchangeable mounting system. The air brushing is done as a burst on the main drum, and a fade on the tom and snare, so when the kit is setup the finish matches across the drums. Looks great, check it out:

Today’s kit is a Deluxe Cocktail Kit in True Gold Glass Glitter. Featuring the standard 10″x6″ snare, 10″x8″ tom, and 16″x24″ cocktail drum, the finish on this kit really pops. The wrap is new-old-stock pulled for this project. Vintage wrap features crushed glass that catches the light in more ways than the current wrap on the market, and I always dig a chance to pull some of the vintage stock out and use it to make something really stunning.
