Phattie kit with unique sizes, gong drum, and beefy tube lugs

With a variety of unique sizes and features, this Phattie Custom Shop kit is a real head turner.  The 10″x10″ rack tom, 14″x12″ hanging floor tom, 16″x12″ gong drum, and 26″x10″ bass drum all feature a deep walnut-to-black satin lacquer burst.  Natural maple laser-engraved badges compliment the finish, as does the satin black powder coating on all the hardware.  Gauger Alloy RIMS mounts are standard equipment on Phatties, while the genuine Pearl spurs, 12-lug bass drum, and custom painted Yamaha style wood hoops were customer spec’ed to make this kit something special.  Check it out:

Friday Flashback, a funky Orange Satin Lacquer set of Phatties…

This Friday Flashback dates from early 2003…geeze time flies!  This kit included 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″, and 16″ hanging toms and a 22″ bass, all finished in a bright orange satin lacquer with black hardware.  This was also one of the first kits that rocked our new Phattie logo in the bubble-badge that we used until switching to the chrome-plated badges.  The matching orange Phattie logo on the bass was a nice touch, check it out:

This work of art features our new internal lighting system that is the thinnest, lightest, and brightest available.  These new LED based lights are laminated inside the shell and are paper thin, with the actual LED’s standing less than 1/8″ tall, for a smooth unobtrusive look.  Miles ahead of the center-mounted light bulbs and other options drummers turn to.

Highlighting this custom Phattie Acrylic kit is a 28″x20″ HCL bass drum, with the smaller bass in Pink Fluorescent acrylic.  The rack tom is a 12″x8″, and the floor toms are 14″x10″ and 16″x12″, both on DSS suspension cradles.  Solid brass tube lugs, chrome bass hoops, and clean custom wiring and power jacks make this kit a playable work of art.
