The driving force behind Hank3, Scott Miller & the Commonwealth, and SweetTooth, Shawn started touring today with his new set of Black Label drums; Kicking it off with a benefit for Homes for Our Troops in Houston with Hank3.

Shawn’s new kit features a 13″x9″ rack tom, 16″x16″ floor, and 24″x14″ kick. Finished in True Black Glass Glitter and custom ordered with heavy duty bass spurs and 2.3mm hoops for a deeper, fatter tone. Great for some high powered rockabilly!

This sweet little firecracker features a 12″x7″ 10-Ply maple shell with red powder coated hardware over black sparkle. The lugs are tear-drop style, and compliment the black SX-9 strainer and black finished snare wires. Great little auxiliary snare with a tight pop, check it out:

This smooth Phattie setup features a 12″x8″ rack tom, 16″x14″ floor, and a thundering 24″x20″ bass. Photographed with a 14″x8″ snare with a high-gloss Bubinga veneered finish. The kit is finished in True Gold Glass Glitter with True Black Glass Glitter inlays. This Black Satin Maple kit with Black Chrome hardware features a large dynamic range that sounds great! This is a sweet setup we put together for Dave Irish last year, a killer drummer out of Austin. It’s a Phattie Hybrid Series with 8″x7″, 10″x7″, and 13″x8″ suspended toms, a 16″x16″ floor, and a thumping 22″x20″. The maple sections are finished in Blue Glass Glitter with Clear Acrylic Centers, Black Hardware, and a custom bass head with matching logo and “blue-chrome” Holz ring.

Jon from Cutting Through Clouds picked up his new set of Phatties over the weekend. This is a Custom Shop kit featuring a 13″x9″ rack, 16″x14″ floor, and massive 24″x20″ bass. The finish is Pre-Aged White Pearl with mahogany finished hoops featuring a matching inlay. Radio King lugs and vintage hoop claws round out this package for a killer old-school look & sound, check it out:

This sweet Phattie kit features a 12″x10″ rack, 14″x12″ floor, and 20″x16″ bass, all finished in a custom painted Chocolate Brown Flat-Lacquer. This custom mix gives the drums a smooth look, and contrasts well with the chrome hardware. Check it out:
